> Triagoretts is a decision-removal meal planning assistant for postpartum mothers (1–4 years after birth). It replaces the daily "what should we eat?" decision with a personalised plan, gentle structure, and partner sharing.

Triagoretts is built by F.R. Läkarhälsan AB (org. nr 559121-9646), a Swedish family clinic based in Spånga, Stockholm. The product is available in English and Swedish.

## What it does

- **Personalised meal plans** based on a 25-question onboarding (allergies, dislikes, household size, time available, goals).
- **5+2 weekly cycle**: 5 structured weekdays with dinner-to-lunch leftovers, 2 flexible weekend days.
- **Real-time meal prompts** — gentle reminders 1 hour before and after each planned meal.
- **SOS button** — instant craving rescue with grounded, behavioural prompts.
- **Reverse growth chart** — visual trajectory toward weight and wellbeing goals.
- **Partner & household sharing** — invite a partner to see and edit the same plan, pantry, and shopping list.
- **Weekly weigh-in & progress tracking** — one number a week, no obsessing.

Mothers in the first 1–4 years postpartum who are exhausted by food decisions and want structure without restriction. Specifically designed around the cognitive load of early motherhood.
